Why did you join COVESA, and how long has your company been a member?

Our decision to join was driven by the aspiration to be at the forefront of shaping vehicle data standards and safety enhancements in the automotive industry. By aligning with COVESA, we are poised to better leverage next-gen vehicle data, thereby contributing significantly to the progression of risk analytics and the overall safety in the rapidly evolving automotive landscape.

Our COVESA membership opens doors to collaboration with industry leaders, allowing us to influence the standards and practices surrounding vehicle data utilization. It amplifies our ability to innovate by integrating a network of expertise, which in turn enhances our offerings and expands our market influence. At this stage, we are evaluating various COVESA projects to determine where our expertise can be most impactful. We are looking to engage with the Data Expert Group, Commercial Vehicle and Connected Safety Birds of a Feather, and other groups that align with our core competencies in data analytics and machine learning. This will help ensure that the vehicle data standards we help to develop not only advance the industry but also align seamlessly with our strategic business objectives. Participation in these collaborative projects is beneficial as it enhances our visibility in the industry, connects us with potential partners, and aligns us with the leading edge of automotive technology innovation.
