COVESA at CES: Standout Moments & Reception Highlights
Share
Over 2,300 attendees celebrated another successful COVESA Showcase and Reception event during the Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2026) on the evening of January 6 in Las Vegas. The Bellagio Ballroom was bustling with people networking and exploring content from 60 unique tables, booths, and vehicles on display.
This event’s success would not be possible without the support of ALL our sponsoring organizations and collaboration partners:

While there is much to say about the event, a picture tells a thousand words, so we invite you to visit the gallery of photos from the event.
Besides the great business conversations at numerous members’ and partners’ booths, two tables receiving significant traffic were the COVESA Generative AI group and the COVESA Connected Safety group. The AI group has just kicked off in COVESA and is open for greater participation. The Connected Safety group celebrated a significant milestone of gaining a federal grant through Texas A&M University for continued work to enable first responders to have more and better accident information when they arrive on a scene.
Another highlight was the visibility of VSS in three commercial products offered by COVESA members (Elektrobit, Moter, Sonatus), as well as others actively using VSS in a variety of ways. Finally, several organizations approached the COVESA table, interested in engaging in our work and considering membership.
A special thanks goes to Mike Nunnery and his team for creating and executing this amazing event! Showcases will also be held at our April All Member Meeting in Porto, Portugal, at the AutoTech 2026 event in June, and during our fall events in September and October (to be announced).
