As an open source community, COVESA has long enjoyed a self-hosted and complimentary edition of the Atlassian Confluence wiki product. Due to changes in Atlassian’s policies, COVESA will be migrating to a hosted version of the same tool in mid-August.

The good news is that, according to initial tests, ALL wiki content and attachments will be preserved during migration, along with all internal links between pages. Current credentials for gaining edit rights to the wiki should also remain the same. The only change expected is the navigation structure, previously available on the vertical bar on the left side of the page (but also available on the front landing page).

The two editions of the wiki have different usages of this left bar, so plans are being made to move navigation to the top of the page.

The migration will take place over the weekend of August 16-17. The wiki will not be available on those days but should return by early morning US Eastern Time on Monday, the 18th. Please contact Paul Boyes, COVESA Community Director, if you have any questions.
