COVESA Spring AMM Online Agenda is Live!

Many thanks to all who answered the Call for Participation by sending session proposals for the upcoming Berlin All Member Meeting (AMM) on 14-15 May. The Program Committee was thrilled to receive so many good proposals and has been busy evaluating and addressing each one. While a few are still under discussion, the preliminary agenda for the AMM is now live on the AMM Registration page.
We are pleased to welcome Marcus Mennemeier, Chief of Technology from Mbition, as a keynote speaker on Wednesday morning (14th). Following his address is a talk by Dr. Dirk Slama from Bosch on agentic AI, leading into a panel discussion featuring four COVESA members on the role of AI in automotive. The rest of Wednesday’s business track is full of sessions on SDV, Automotive AOSP, and EU Data Act, and a talk by Daniel Izquierdo, CEO of Bitergia, on mastering the complexity of producing software for connected vehicles.
In parallel, Wednesday will also feature two technical tracks bringing participants up to speed on the advances in the Data Expert Group, VSS, AOSP App Frameworks, IFEX, Central Data Server Playground (CDSP), and Commercial Vehicle Expert Group.
That evening, we will wrap up the first day of the event with our popular COVESA AMM Showcase and Reception. During the showcase, 20 companies will show their demonstrations and discuss their products and services. COVESA will also award the prestigious “Adopter and Contributor” award at the end of the showcase. If you’d like to secure a showcase table, please contact Mike Nunnery (mikenunnery@comcast.net).
On Thursday (15th), we will have parallel tracks on technical topics and thought leadership presentations. Fleet management, EU Data Act, Data Privacy, Vehicle Commerce, and Vehicle Experience are some of the many topics addressed during these parallel tracks.
The online agenda is being updated daily, and many session proposals are still being placed into the schedule (think: putting a puzzle together). The task of making room for as many proposed presentations as possible is a difficult one, so please be patient as the online agenda is finalized.
If you haven’t already registered and secured your hotel room, please do so today. Thanks again to all those who proposed sessions, and a special thanks to our sponsors Ford Motor Company, Renesas, Moter Technologies, and Sonatus. Sponsorship opportunities can be secured by contacting Mike Nunnery (mikenunnery@comcast.net).
See you in Berlin!
