What does your company do? What services or products do you provide?  

Hashlist is the automotive industry’s new transformation partner for accessing and deploying world-class SDV (software-defined vehicle) engineering talent – available anywhere globally.

Hashlist is purpose-built for and solely focused on the automotive industry.

Our service is operated through the Hashlist online platform, where OEM, Tier 1, and service partner engineering stakeholders can engage pre-screened shortlists of highly qualified engineers.

Our network consists of 100,000+ verified SDV engineers and 300+ senior SDV executive consultants to support large-scale end-to-end software programs.

Why did you join COVESA and how long has your company been a member?

We believe COVESA exists at the intersection of the automotive industry’s largest challenges, the technical expertise to solve them, and the industry’s top players.

We joined COVESA last November to accelerate the potential of this intersection by helping industry players always have open, online, and redundant access to the technical resources needed, in whatever form, timezone, and location.

Additionally, we’d like to contribute to the industry standards of connected vehicles by actively participating in forums, events, and open-source contributions.

What benefits does your participation in COVESA bring to your company and business? 

You can’t be cutting-edge if you are not aware of what’s happening at the forefront of development. Therefore, we hope to stay up to date on trends and contribute to the latest research in the industry through COVESA and to be able to provide guidelines to our customers on SDV project development, large-volume SDV-talent resourcing, and more.

Long-term, we also see ourselves benefiting from identifying and contributing to open-source projects.

Which COVESA collaborative project(s) or Birds of a Feather (BoF) is your company engaged in, and why is that beneficial to your business?

As a brand-new member, we are not yet involved in any project, but have previously attended several COVESA events across Europe and the U.S.
